Terms
Terms of use
These terms are the agreement between you and Tabgrab when you use it. We have kept them short and in plain language. By creating an account or using Tabgrab, you agree to them.

Who we are
Tabgrab is a small product run from the Netherlands. These terms cover the website at tabgrab.dev (the web app), the Tabgrab Mac app and the Tabgrab Chrome extension. Questions about them go to privacy@tabgrab.dev.
The service
Tabgrab lets you keep the websites and apps for each of your projects (grabs) together and open them in one click. Tabgrab is currently free. If we ever introduce paid plans, we tell you first, and nothing you already use becomes paid without your agreement.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Tabgrab.
- Give a real email address, so we can send you the emails you need to log in.
- Keep your password and email codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account, so tell us at privacy@tabgrab.dev if you think someone else has access to it.
- One account is for one person.
Your content
The grabs, pages and pictures you add stay yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to you on your devices, only to run Tabgrab. We do not use them for anything else. How we handle your data is set out in the privacy policy.
Only add pictures and content you have the right to use.
Fair use
Use Tabgrab the way it is meant to be used. In particular, do not:
- use it for anything illegal, or to store or spread harmful or infringing content;
- try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around Tabgrab's security;
- overload Tabgrab, for example with automated requests or by saving pages in bulk with scripts;
- copy, resell or rebuild Tabgrab, or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows.
The Mac app and the Chrome extension
You may install and use the Mac app and the Chrome extension on your own devices, for as long as you use Tabgrab. They may update themselves to keep working with the web app. The Chrome extension is also subject to the Chrome Web Store terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Tabgrab running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it is always available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever stop Tabgrab altogether, we tell you by email at least 30 days before, so you have time to copy your saved pages.
Ending your account
You can stop using Tabgrab at any time. To delete your account and everything in it, email privacy@tabgrab.dev from the address on your account, as described in the privacy policy.
If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, we may suspend or close your account. Unless the law or safety requires otherwise, we tell you first and explain why.
Liability
Tabgrab is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to €100. This does not limit our liability for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update them here and change the date at the top. If a change matters for you, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then.
Law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the consumer law of that country. If you have a complaint, email privacy@tabgrab.dev first, and we try to solve it together. Otherwise, disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, or to the court where you live if consumer law gives you that choice.
